Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
The MBA Department is constantly trying to achieve higher standards in education and
imparting necessary skill set to the students and also to establish a strong linkage with Industries,
leading Higher Educational Institutions, Leading Professional Training Institutes, Government
agencies and other institutes of repute. To achieve this goal, the department established many
Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) in order to bridge the gap between the requirements in
the Industry and the academia with the further objective of enhancing the employability skills of
its students. The department of MBA has entered into MoU with the following objectives.
- To enhance the employability skills of the students.
- To conduct training programs in soft skills, leadership skills, corporate culture, etc., to make students industry ready.
- To conduct Seminars/workshops, symposia and quiz competitions.
- To establish various clubs.
- Orientation sessions on organizational behavioral skills, aptitude tests and business communication skills.
- Career counseling sessions on higher education & abroad job opportunities.
The MBA department has MoUs with the following organizations:

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Skillphul Business Toys Private Limited, Bengaluru was signed on 07.04.2026 at GSSSIETW, Mysuru with a Focus on experiential learning, business simulations, analytics training, and skill development initiatives in areas such as business analytics, financial modeling, fintech, digital marketing, and research methodology to Bridges the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. It helps to Enhance student employability and practical skill development.

On 11th April 2026, the Department of MBA, GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women (GSSSIETW), Mysuru, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mysore CHRO Forum in association with EDIN Foundation. The MoU aims to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and enhance student employability. It focuses on providing practical exposure, industry interaction, and skill development programs for students. The partnership will also facilitate faculty–industry engagement and professional networking opportunities. Key initiatives include training in interview readiness, corporate skills, and career support through industry experts. This collaboration is a significant step towards bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
