Bhoomika Urs, from our Information Science and Engineering (ISE) Department, has secured a prestigious role at VISA with a remarkable package of 32.7 Lakhs, highlighting the quality education and support provided by our institution. Meghana K S, representing our Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department, has achieved a significant milestone with a dream job at Pure Storage, earning a noteworthy package of 29.1 Lakhs. Meanwhile, Ruchitha’s accomplishment of securing a position at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with a package of 26 Lakhs underscores our commitment to nurturing talent and Promoting excellence. These successes enhance our dedication to empowering students for impactful careers in the dynamic tech industry.
GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women, Mysuru has recorded the highest placements for the 2023 outgoing batch students. The placement season which started during June 2022 has seen more than 110 companies conducting the campus hiring, and making 731 placements offers out of which 204 job offers are above 7LPA. The highest salary being offered is 20 lakhs.
The highlight of the placement season was Samsung R&D hiring 3 students with a salary package of 20 Lakhs, HPE-R&D hiring 9 students with a salary package of 17.5 Lakhs, Lam Research hiring 2 students with 16.02 LPA, Trellix hiring 2 students with 15.8 LPA, MSCI hiring 2 students with 14.6 LPA, lululemon hiring 20 students with 14 Lakhs, Dell Technologies hiring 9 students with 12.34 LPA, 8.23 LPA, 7.9 LPA, Contentstack hiring 3 students with 12 LPA, Thought works hiring 1 student with 11.1 LPA, Ather Energy hiring 2 students with a salary package of 10 LPA, GenC Cognizant hiring 73 students with a salary package of 4 LPA, Capgemini hiring 138 students with a salary package 4.25 LPA, DXC 15 students with a salary package 4.25 LPA, Siemens hiring 28 students with a salary package 5 LPA and Many more.

GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women, Mysuru has recorded the highest placements for the 2022 outgoing batch students. The placement season which started during July 2021 has seen more than 105 companies conducting the campus hiring, and making 720 placements offers out of which 53 job offers are above 10LPA and 143 job offers are above 7LPA. The highest salary being offered is 21.4 lakhs. Compared to the previous year, the number of dream offers offered has been increased by three fold and the Average salary offered for the placed students has seen a jump of 25 % and the number of companies visiting the campus has been doubled.
