About Placement Department
- GSSSIETW is the first exclusive women’s engineering college, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. The Institution has a full-fledged Placement Department for a seamless conduction of placement and recruitment activities. Placement Department plays a pivotal role in counseling and guiding students for their successful career placements. Placement Department is not only responsible for achieving complete placement of students, but also caters to pre-placement training, Industry-Institute partnerships and MoUs with corporates.
Vision
To empower women professional employability by imparting necessary trainings to meet the expectations of the Industry and to achieve record placements by providing adequate attractive job opportunities.
Mission
M1: To attract more major campus recruiters.
M2:To train the students with the finishing school skill.
M3: Council and motivate girls towards the professional career with employability.
Placement Department of GSSSIETW has 963 sq. ft. floor area with full-fledged, well-furnished and excellent state-of-the-art infrastructure. Pre-placement talk hall, Written Test Hall, Group Discussion Rooms, Online Test Labs and Interview Panels are well setup for the smooth and seamless conduction of campus recruitment processes.
