An Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA at GSSSIETW, Mysuru, with teaching and research experience in Human Resource Management. Currently pursuing a PhD in the area of HR Analytics. Her research interests include Green HRM, transformational leadership, employee empowerment, and HR Analytics. She has published papers in ABDC and UGC-CARE indexed journals, authored book chapters, and holds three registered patent designs (India and UK).
