• Over 15+ years of diverse experience in Campus Recruitments, Administration, Training, Industry Academia Interactions, Career Development, Career mentoring and counseling, Lateral hiring, Branding, Industry collaborations Research, Guiding and Managing projects/ consultancy etc.
• He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics & Communication Engg and Master of Technology (M. Tech) in Digital Electronics & Communication Engg from VTU, Belgaum. He holds PGDHRA from Tata Institute of social sciences, Mumbai.
• He has successfully placed 5000+ fresher’s (On & Off campus) and 700+ experienced candidates (Lateral Hiring) in well known companies during the last 14+ years.
• Was conferred Certificate of Recognition for the outstanding contribution to INFOSYS campus connect program.
• He has won 3rd prize in professional Knack track-Melting Pot of Inspire faculty contest at INFOSYS, Bangalore.
• He has published, presented 6+ research papers in journals, National and international conferences.
• Attended 12+ workshops/STTPs on the latest areas of research in various reputed organizations (IIT’s/NIT’s).
• Established and initiated many educational clubs like Quiz Club, Debate Club, APTI Club etc.
• Worked as a Chief coordinator for the consortium of pool colleges for the strategic initiative of the pool colleges of Mangalore region for 2 years.
• Initiated and facilitated in signing up of MOU with various organizations for academic alliance – Dell-EMC, Amazon (AWS), Mulesoft-SalesForce, VMware, Fortinet, UI path, Juniper Networks etc.,
• As part of branding, Invited 200+ senior HR Industry leaders for various events of the institute to bridge the Industry-academia gap and significantly enhance college brand building.
