A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Mysuru and Avinya TechKnows, Bangalore was signed on 27th September 2025 at GSSSIETW, Mysuru with a focus on preparing students for Internship programmes, organizing workshops and other skill development programmes for the benefit of the students of AI&DS.
Avinya TechKnows is a technology and skill-development organization based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It positions itself as a one-stop platform for digital innovation, industry-aligned education, and enterprise technology transformation, with a core focus on software development, artificial intelligence, cloud architecture, and educational technology services. The organization emphasizes bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by offering expert-led training, customized workshops, and practical upskilling programs. Its team comprises experienced engineers, researchers, and industry professionals who work with academic institutions and corporate partners to provide hands-on learning experiences and industry exposure. The MoU was signed by Mrs. Lavanya B N, Founder & CEO, Avinya TechKnows, Bangalore and Dr. Shivakumar M, Principal, GSSSIETW, Mysuru.

This MOU marks the major step towards enhancing the employability and industry readiness of students. This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry through collaborative activities like internships, skill development programs to empower students for the challenges of the professional world. The newly initiated programs will focus on four major pillars of student growth such as Industry Readiness, Skill Development, Career Advancement and Societal Impact.
